Kero-chan
Sakura and Kerberus, better known as Kero-chan, have a really wonderful relationship. Kero-chan is a bit like Sakura-chan's advisor when it comes to the Clow Cards. He even told Sakura-chan how to use the Clow Cards to help her find out what's happening; fortune telling.
Kero-chan really, really cares for Sakura. I recall when he gave Sakura a flower as an appology for not being able to help her when the Illusion Card pushed her off the roof of a building. Don't worry, Yukito-san caught her. No matter what, Kero-chan was always there for Sakura when ever he could be, when ever it was possible. That's really wonderful.
Sakura-chan seems to get rather exasperated with Kero-chan's bottom-less pit of a stomache, and his slightly potty-mouthed language, but she really cares for him.

Yue
Yue is a real mystery to me, he acts like he protects Sakura merely out of duty, but I think he really cares for her. He realizes how much she cares for, not just Yukito, but him. He said that her true strength lies in her heart. He protects her and worries about her when she is in danger.
Sakura, too, cares for Yue, as I said. She looks after him, just as he looks after her. She trusts Yue just as she trusts Kero-chan, and they trust her and believe in her.
